Vivienda en San José
Después de reformar su vivienda habitual en el centro de Zaragoza, nos vuelven a llamara para la reforma de un unifamiliar en Villanueva (a las afueras de Zgz.) Aunque el edificio estaba bien, la distribución y los materiales eran muy deficientes. Rehicimos la primera planta.
Nos decidimos por unificar los espacios cocina y salón en una única superficie, solamente dividida por unas puertas correderas de hierro negro con cristal transparente. Abrimos un gran ventanal en el salón que permite ver completamente la piscina, el jardín y el pinar al fondo. Cambiamos toda la carpintería exterior aportándole a la vivienda una gran eficiencia energética. Instalamos climatización por conductos, aportando confort al unifamiliar y sustituimos toda la iluminación de la vivienda por tecnología led para menor consumo eléctrico. Unificamos el suelo de toda la casa por un pavimento porcelánico de gran dureza, imitación roble natural de una calidad excelente. Reformamos los 3 baños de esta planta.
El vaso de la piscina se reformó, quitándole profundidad, añadimos unas amplias gradas y lo revestimos con un material imitación piedra natural que le dio al agua un aspecto muy natural.
Ampliamos la vivienda con un anexo para vestuario con baño, muy interesante par no tener que entrar a la vivienda. El mobiliario seleccionado de gran calidad pero muy funcional, colores muy cálidos y papeles en las paredes que le confieren un gran personalidad al proyecto.
El resultado, muy satisfactorio para todos.
